(from a user email)
It's been several weeks since we last spoke, so I thought I would try and re-connect with you on your 3D PDF product. I still have high hopes for that as a potential solution to our clients' need for sharing a 360-degree view of their models in a common medium (such as Acrobat), and am anxious to see what, if any, improvements have been made since we last spoke with one another.

I was also going to play-around with the program again tonight, now that we FINALLY have our first officially-complete SketchUp project on our hands for our client.

I have "wet the tastebuds" of a few of our SketchUp clients around here, but plan to experiment a bit more with your product before making a formal purchase decision.

Some of the improvements you'll see in the latest version are:

We fixed the rolling camera problem and now also give the you an option to not allow the viewer to rotate below the model.

We added a page mode where the model is placed on a page with a background image. This gives you a way to make custom brochures by first creating a high resolution bitmap for the background. The background image can be tiled, or set to fit within the page margins.

You can now set the margins for the pages, and we show you exactly where the model will be placed if you are using a background image.

We now let you set the default lights for the model, choosing from the 9 default lighting schemes available.

We also made great improvements in the PDF file size by compressing the data and the images embedded in the file.

We now allow you to toggle on the edge lines for the faces in the model.

Some of these are the improvements you asked for in your earlier email.

Let us know if you see any other changes that you think we need to make.
