I have downloaded a trial version of your 3D pdf software. I would prefer that that the pdfs appear (as in Sketchup) with a defined line around the edges, however unless I request there be no lines at all, then the appearance of the model is spoiled or made incomprehensible because of the profusion of lines.
Unfortunately your website has very little info on the image options and instead seems to concentrate on things like font which are obvious and need no clarification. Can you point me to the place where it explains orphan lines and HTML export and what the effects of diffuse and specular are on the model, etc.?
I added a section to the documentation to explain edge lines. (And added some more items to the documentation.)

However, we do not support the SketchUp setting to only show Profile Edge lines. We either show all edges or none.
Orphan edge lines, (not connected to a face), are used in some plants to draw twigs, etc.
