Only displays a grey box

Once the 3D pdf has been created then the area that shows the model only shows the grey box saying U3D image area. There is a very small square in the top left corner that appears to be the model but it does not fill the full area.

RPS 3D PDF requires version 7.0.7 or later of Adobe Reader.

Check out you version by clicking "Help/About Adobe".

If it is not 7.0.7 or later, download the latest version from:

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
