Thank you for the trial version. Although working with the latest version of Adobe 7.0.7, I’m unable to see the SKP file.

Any suggestions?

Searched already at your site suggestions….

We see this problem occasionally, but it has always been solved by making sure the user had the latest version of Adobe Reader and/or making sure that the proper version of Adobe Reader is associated with PDF file extensions.

(Even on our own machines, we sometimes have Adober Reader installed, but also an older version of Adobe Acrobat. Windows tends to associate PDF files with whichever application opened them last, so sometimes we find that the older version of Adobe Acrobat tries to load the file and it doesn't work properly.)

Please follow all of these steps: :)

1. Open Adobe Reader and Click Help/About Adobe reader

If it is earlier than 7.0.7, then download the latest version which is 7.0.8.

If it is 7.0.7 we will download the latest version. But lets do steps 2, 3 and 4 first.
We should work properly with 7.0.7, but you may as well try the latest version.
(Lets wait to download the new version until after trying steps 2, 3 and 4 though to see if anything else is strange)

2. Check the file association in Windows Explorer

Go to Tools/Folder Options/File Types and scroll down to PDF

make sure it is associated with Adobe Reader and not Adobe Acrobat.

3. Download the sample PDF from:

http://www.renderplus.com/pdf/Bac-a-fleurs.pdf

Save it to you disk if you can, and open it with Adobe Reader.

If it does not work properly, check the Adobe version again to make sure we are not loading it with Acrobat or an older version of Adobe.

4. If this sample works, and your own PDF files do not work, then send us one of your PDF files so we can test it here.

- Also, copy the Adobe version information to the clipboard and send it to us.

Thank you for your patience...
