Launch directly from SketchUp (wishlist)

Here's another one .....

be able to have 3pdf launch from within SU so that it immediately is set for that file. Saves having to reset the SU file source in 3dpdf every time it launches

In SketchUp, go to export 3D model and select RPS 3D PDF.

This lets you process the model directly without saving it first.

I am unable to see the exporter you mention.

The file exists:
C:\Program Files\Google\Google SketchUp 6\Exporters\SkpTo3DPDF.dll
(Version 1.0.0.1, dated 2/19/2007)

I uninstalled & reinstalled (twice now) just in case, the file was deleted & added.

I'm using Sketchup Pro V 6.0.515

Do you see a list of exporters like this:

And is RPS 3D PDF at the bottom of list.

If not, let me know, we may have removed it for some reason...

AH - I thought "Not the last one" meant "It appeared, but not in the last spot".
Apparently it meant "It did not appear at all"

1. Look in "C:\Program Files\Google\Google SketchUp 6\Exporters" and see if the file SKPTo3DPDF.dll exists.

2. In SketchUp, click "Help/About Plugins" and see if a "RPS 3D PDF Exporter" is listed. If so, click it.

It does not exist in SketchUp, "Help/About Plugins".

Thanks for your help finding the missing DLL.

We added it to the install and created a new version.
