It crashes at the point it is "adding default faces edges to model"
If I turn off all lines it takes about 4-5 minutes to create the a PDF File. However, no way would I ever send this to a client due to it's poor
appearance.
Max memory used for this 1.08 gig

Your model contained a couple dozen wine bottles of "high quality". Each wine bottle had over 1,200 faces.
I have added a tool to RpTools to create wine bottles with fewer polygons (by setting parameters for circles sides, etc.), and have uploaded some to the 3D Warehouse.
