View Full Version : Problem to create High size 3D PDF

Hi this is santhosh

I have created some sketchUp files which is having 80MB of file size.
I have tryed to creat 3D PDF from this, but i dont know what was the problem the out put was nothing. The PDF was created blank.

Any problem with the file size ?
or any file size limits for creation of 3D PDF ?

I too have been have problems trying to create PDF's for large Sketchup files. Mine is around 150MB, and I would we very interested to hear if there are any file size limitations.

There are definitely problems with file size.

When the model gets too large we simply cannot process it, and we can't find a way to warn you that we are about to fail.

Try making the model smaller - lower resolution for textures, replacing some complex background components with images, using fewer sides on sculptured objects, etc.

Thanks for the hints. Same problem for me with the high file size not working. Too bad about that, it seems like it works so well on small models.

Hi Every one thanks for your kind reply

i have come to know 3PDF creation is having some problem with file size.
i solution for it by redusing the textures size.
u should always use textures as JPEG it can reduse the file size
